Meet Chef Karen

Hi! I'm Chef Karen, a Registered Dietitian and marathon runner in Cleveland, Ohio. Since my first client in 2007, I have been determined to cook delicious, unprocessed food for others.

My specialty is starting with whole, clean ingredients so that you can fuel yourself with only the best phytochemicals and nutrients. I am experienced in cooking for individuals with special dietary needs including:

To me, healthy food means nutrient-dense whole foods that contain both the required nutrients for life as well as phytonutrients.

 

Phytonutrients, or phytochemicals, are nonessential substances that naturally occur in food. They prevent chronic disease and slow the aging process.

Whole foods are foods in their most natural, raw form.

 

Purchasing foods as close to how they are grown provides the potential for the most nutrient-dense meals. My team and I prepare our meals from raw produce to ensure our ingredients are minimally processed.
